  Amazing food that is constantly changing. There are three main dining areas that all have a different feel. Upstairs is a classic dinning room, the main entry room feels like a bistro and the outdoors has a patio with beautiful lighting. The staff is very polite and helpfull. I truly live this place and go fairly often. It is a bit pricey but you can really choose how pricey you go. They have nights that have different deals and specials. I can't recommend enough.

  My husband and I stopped in at 251 Lex on a rainy Tuesday night and decided to have our meal at the bar, even though there were empty tables behind us. The bartender/waiter was very engaging and told us the whole story of the restaurant, the latest of 3 popular area restaurants. The restaurant has a Mediterranean theme so we decided to make our meal out of 5 shared meze dishes, starting with the restaurant’s signature sizzling grilled octopus and couscous dish, then tasty potato croquettes with aioli dipping sauce, a stuffed eggplant dish (our surprise favorite), a creamy/savory sautéed fish and fava beans dish, (sorry I don’t have the real names of things), and lemony chicken wings. They were all wonderful and arrived very quickly from the kitchen. What a great meal, finished off by a fresh fruit tart (the bartender threw in an extra one so both of us had our own--ooof, the calories). Best of all we learned that Tuesday is 1/2 price wine night, so we indulgently ordered a bottle of Beaurenard Cotes du Rhone for half price. Monday is 2-for-1 Martinis, and there are other special offers other nights, like a chef’s tasting menu. The bartender told us that the interesting menu changes all the time per fresh market availability, so this is definitely a place we’ll go back to, especially when the weather allows their spacious outdoor terrace to open for business.

  We were there last night. I was hesitant because I had read it was "Greek" food and I have not had much experience with that. It was exceptional! Food choices are Mediterranean inspired with wonderful choices. Food was excellent...Very fresh and seasoned beautifully. Service was outstanding. Can't wait to go back!
